As of March 18th, 2026, all of the Fluoride bills have been voted down in committee for this year. Many thanks to Stan for going on the hill to testify.

The Governor’s bill that so many people were concerned about died in committee for this year. Thanks to the efforts of the TDA staff, Lobbyist, and concerned Dentists.

If you would like to be a contact dentist for a particular legislator that you know, let the TDA staff know both your name and the legislator. Particularly important if they happen to set on one of the committees that oversees legislation that is important to our profession.
